Mr. Smith serves as the Exceptional Children Department Chair and a 7th grade Math and ELA teacher at Westover Middle School. With six years of dedicated service to the Westover community, he brings both leadership and instructional expertise to his role.

Ms. Howard is our dedicated Bookkeeper here at Westover Middle School. She has been serving in this position for five years.
